Please keep in mind that we spend a lot of time casting and resting afterwards as it is physically and spiritually draining... so it can take a little time to get back to you.
 

If you have placed an order, it can take 1-2 weeks for us to get it out to you depending on what you ordered (some spells take 7 days to complete), but once it's ready to go out, you will receive a tracking number.

We no longer email an update after a cast, please don't worry if you've not heard from me. If you received a email letting you know we got your order, we are working on it. Your next email from us will be a tracking number. Please don't expect that email for 1-2 weeks after placing your email.

All other emails, please give me 7-9 business days to get back with you...I'm trying to catch up and want to make sure everyone gets taken care of asap.
